Contest Rules and Terms

Here are some general contest rules covering all contests on EDU Degree Directory (updated May 12, 2022):

You must be at least 18-years-old to enter any of our contests.  Employees, volunteers and others affiliated with EDU Degree Directory along with their families are not eligible to enter.

No purchase is necessary for any of our contests.

You may enter our contests only from within the United States, as long as your local laws allow you to.  You are responsible for knowing your local laws.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entry form.

One entry per person, per contest is allowed. 

There are no moratoriums after you win.  Winners may continue entering all future contests.

Winners are responsible for taxes, duties, etc. (if any) on prizes.

EDU Degree Directory is not responsible for lost entries due to server/Internet outages or other technical difficulties.

Unless otherwise stated, all prizes will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE (or in the case of electronic vouchers - emailed) to winners using the information submitted via the entry form.  EDU Degree Directory will NEVER ask winners for any personal information beyond that already given or for money for shipping costs.  We will only verify the information submitted by the winner during the contest.  Any entity claiming to be affiliated with EDU Degree Directory which requests personal information and/or requests shipping money is to be deemed fraudulent and should be ignored.

EDU Degree Directory will notify prize winners using the contact information submitted via the entry form.

EDU Degree Directory reserves the right to publicly announce prize winners by their first name and City/State on the website or via any other means.

With the exception of fulfillment of a prize with a vendor, supplier, etc. to a winner, EDU Degree Directory will never share ANY of your personal information with non-affiliated partners.

EDU Degree Directory reserves the right to substitute prizes for alternate prizes of equal or greater value.

EDU Degree Directory reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time without notice.

EDU Degree Directory reserves the right to cancel a contest at any time for any reason.
